Corvette Suspension upgrades:
MTI Racing "BIG RED" Sway Bars:
Here are our famous MTI Racing "BIG RED" Sway Bars. These will increase your handling instantly! You will corner flatter, tighter, and more responsive by simply bolting these on. No guesswork, no adjusting, no brainer. The MTI Racing "BIG RED" Sway Bars are engineered to provide great balance right out of the box. For the street-driven Corvettes, highway comfort is fantastic, and you'll be able to notice a big difference on the mountain roads. They also perform excellent at the track, even with Hoosier racing tires! The firmness is more than a C6-Z06, but less than the T1 racebars. They are a direct fit for stock suspensions and are compatible with coilovers. "BIG RED" sway bars are sold as a front/rear set and includes new polyurethane bushings. Fits all C5 and C6 (including Z06).
MTI Racing "BIG RED" Sway Bars = $600 + install
Pfadt Engineering Sway Bars:
Pfadt sway bars come in two versions, "Street" or "Competition". The Pfadt "Street" sway bars are designed to be an upgrade to the stock packages and offer 1 ½ to 2 times more stiffness than C6 Z51 sway bars. They’ll make your car corner flatter and feel more crisp. They are also a good option for cars that already have high coil spring rates because your coils are already helping with roll stiffness. The Pfadt "Competition" sway bars are the stiffest bars on the planet, designed for serious track day performance. These are for drivers who want to go big or go home. They offer up to 3 times the stiffness of the stock C6 Z06 sway bars and are the ultimate in roll stiffness for your Corvette.
All Pfadt kits feature CNC machined Aluminum arms and 4130 Chromoly steel bars. They’re strong, light weight and durable. To adjust the bars from softer to stiffer, just move the endlinks to a different position on the arm. Kits include polyurethane bushings and endlinks. Fits all C5 and C6 (including Z06).
Pfadt Engineering "Street" sway bars = $845 + install
Pfadt Engineering "Competition" sway bars = $1025 + install
MTI Racing Suspension Stage 1 upgrade:
This upgrade gives you a more aggresive look and stance. Lowering, four-wheel alignment, four-corner ride height optimization. This lowers the car’s center of gravity, improves handling and suspension response. This is great upgrade for all C5 & C6 Corvettes.
Lowering the Corvette the right way enhances handling and appearance, and gives you a perfectly balanced car!
MTI Racing Stage 1 Suspension upgrade = $799 Installed
**Option: Add MTI Racing “BIG RED” or Pfadt Sway Bars to your MTI Racing Stage 1 Suspension Upgrade and receive 50% off the sway bar installation price.

Get even better cornering with less body roll with the following components. MTI Racing/Bilstein shocks + MTI Racing "Big Red" Sway Bars = $1676 Installed |
MTI Racing Coilover Suspension conversion:
The factory Corvette is equipped with a semi-independent transverse leaf spring suspension. It works great for space considerations and is inexpensive to mass-produce. However, a coilover suspension design has many benefits over the factory Corvette leaf system. Coilover packages are very popular for street cars looking for the ultimate in road control. Track Day enthusiasts have seen the humongous benefits of adjustability, mechanical grip and weight optimization available by converting to coilover suspension. You can even combine the coilovers with your favorite swaybars and get the best handling available. MTI Racing offers the following Coilover Suspension upgrades.

2 - MTI Racing-Penske coilover package. This is the ultimate in control. Based on the ultra successful Penske shocks that grace IRL, CART, NASCAR and Grand Am, this package is combined with Eibach springs to give the racer great adjustability and confidence. We designed this system to be a “single-double adjust” shock. This means that you can adjust the compression and rebound simultaneously with one knob, making it easier to dial in at the track. MTI Racing-Penske Coilovers + MTI Racing “Big Red” Sway Bars = $4995 installed |

3 - Moton coilover package. The Double-Adjustable Moton Damper features 15 positions of bump adjustment on the remote reservoir and 15 positions in rebound on top of the piston rod. Each adjustment done to the damper (each click) is very noticeable to the driver. These dampers are designed give you total control regardless of the conditions. The remote reservoir is connected to the damper by a high pressure hose and is equipped with swivel banjo’s for easy installation of the canisters in the car regardless of the position. Corvette Brake Upgrades:
The Corvette braking system is really good. But if you do serious mountain driving or plan on some racetrack days, or you just want a better pedal feel, here is what we recommend…
Stage 1 Brakes:

Upgraded Carbon Ceramic Brake Pads, Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines, and high-temp brake fluid. The Carbotech pads would give you better friction and heat endurance. The braided lines provide a safer, firmer feel from the brake pedal. The high-temp brake fluid resists brake fade due to heat and abuse. Packages starting from $799, including installation. (race pads will cost a little more) |

Brembo Gran Turismo Braking System:
For C5:
The Gran Turismo Brake Systems are comprised of 1-piece vented and cross-drilled rotors 355mm diameter in front, 340mm in rear. Not only do you get the big look, this system also performs awesome for the street performance enthusiast, but without the cost of 2 piece rotors. Retains the use of the Emergency Brake. The Brembo System comes complete including 4-piston calipers, brake rotors, stainless steel brake lines, and caliper mounting brackets.
C5 System Price = $5065 installed, bled and ready to drive
Fronts only = $2795 installed, bled and ready to drive

For C6:
The Gran Turismo Brake System for C6 comes in two versions. (1-pc rotors, or 2-pc rotors).

The 1-pc rotor system is identical to the C5 System above with the same pricing. C6 1-piece rotor System Price = $5065 installed, bled and ready to drive |
For C6 Z06:

The Z06 6-piston Brembo Gran Turismo System exceeds all expectations. It stops so well, your face will fall off. This is the system that is standard on all MTI Racing’s Race Corvettes. We have beaten these to death and they continue provide the highest braking performance lap after lap with no issues. The Z06 System is comprised of HUGE monoblock calipers, 2-piece vented rotors that are 355 mm front, 345 mm rear, with billet aluminum hats that are application specific and have been individually machined to engineering specifications. The marriage of these pieces create a "floating disc" which reduces heat related stress and improves brake performance and pedal feel. You have your choice of the cross-drilled or slotted rotors. We recommend Slotted Rotors for Open Track or Competition applications. They will fit under factory Z06 wheels with slight modifications to the steering knuckle. Very close fit, but they fit. System Price = $7665 installed, bled and ready to drive |
