Kooks Custom Headers build all of their products to the highest standard, and these are possibly the best complete header system you can buy. Fabricated from all 304 TIG welded stainless steel, they feature 1 3/4" primaries with 3" merge collectors, catted x-pipe, and Kooks mufflers. With a proper Dyno Tune, this system is good for 25-45HP depending on the vehicle. Includes O2 Extenders, along with all bolts and gaskets needed for installation.

-Tig welded with all 304 (aircraft grade) mandrel bent stainless steel construction

-Integrated venturi merge spike for better savaging and less collector turbulence

-Stamped merge collector for extra value and performance.

-Primaries blended into the flange for better flow

-Leak Proof Ball Flange collector for trouble free ownership.

Each primary tube is one continuous piece of tubing in most cases. Some competitors weld several pieces of tubing to create one primary, which is a weaker design.
